Because kratom is more highly regulated than even CBD, merchant processing via credit cards, Paypal, Square, or Stripe is temporarily unavailable.

Currently we take the following forms of payment:

  • Cash on delivery for local Las Vegas deliveries.

What is the minimum age to purchase kratom products?

We do not ship products to minors under the age of 18, as use of products is not recommended in children and in some cities and states, it may be a crime.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! On every kratom tea order over $75.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer free same-day kratom delivery to Clark County, Nevada residents.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently only ship within the United States.

Where is my package?

All online orders will receive tracking information via your confirmation email. If your tracking information says “delivered” but the package hasn’t turned up just yet, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first.

Why is there no shipping option for my AURA tea or kratom product?

Kratom is highly regulated. Recently, some cities and states passed laws banning the possession, use, and sales of kratom. To comply with these laws, we do not ship these products to the following locations:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin.
  • Counties: Sarasota County, Florida; Union County, Mississippi.
  • Cities: Denver, Colorado; San Diego, California; Alton, Illinois; Jerseyville, Illinois; and Edwardsville, Illinois.

We do ship non-kratom items to these locations.

What is your return policy?

We don’t currently offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions on a product you received please send us an email via our Contact Us page.

Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

We don’t recommend that women who are breastfeeding or pregnant use our teas. Consult your physician before use.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty-free.

All nutrition facts and ingredient lists are available on each individual product page.

Do you have samples?
